secrets module) to pick the winning ticket from the pool of purchased
tickets, ensuring absolute fairness.
Cancellation & Refund: If a draw is cancelled by an administrator, the entry ticket prices are immediately refunded back into the respective users' Deposit wallets, and push notifications are triggered to keep them updated.
